Referee orders Conor McGregor to back off during Lobov’s fight at UFC-Gdansk

Conor McGregor was essentially just the fourth cornerman for the Artem Lobov fight at UFC Fight Night 118. What’s funny is that referee Marc Goddard wasn’t having any of it.

McGregor, the UFC lightweight champ is a teammate of Lobov (13-14-1 MMA, 2-4 UFC) arrived just before Lobov entered the cage for his featherweight bout with Andre Fili (17-5 MMA, 5-4 UFC)

“The Notorious” was all over it from the get-go. Basically just moving around the octagon shouting instructions to Lobov… which led Goddard to take notice and stop the fight in the middle of the action. He told McGregor to “act professional” and return back to his seat… in a typical McGregor fashion…
