The biggest fight in Combat Sports history is getting one bit closer with a venue on hold.
It’s been rumoured for almost a year now. Boxing vs. MMA. Superstar vs. Superstar.
Earlier this week Floyd Mayweather progressed rumours with a coming out of retirement announcement specifically to fight Conor McGregor.
Recently Conor has been pretty unresponsive. But it appears that Floyd is the one making the plans for the fight as popular MMA Twitter insider ‘Front Row Brian’ confirmed that a venue and date has been set for the boxing megafight.
BREAKING – I have confirmed there is a “hold” on the T-Mobile Arena in Vegas June 10th for @FloydMayweather vs. @TheNotoriousMMA boxing match.
This is huge news as Las Vegas on June 10th is only THREE MONTHS AWAY. Bear in mind this is only a ‘hold’ on the venue, but for the T-Mobile Arena to set aside a date that’s so close by, it has to be for a special reason. And it makes sense it’s for the biggest boxing match in history.
Who will make the next move? We can’t wait for the build up!
